The Dale Teaching Alliance’s aim is to develop a team culture working within a family of schools. The Dale Alliance prides itself on high quality provision which is relevant and tailored to meet the needs of the local workforce.  Our family of schools is growing and developing, and it's aim is to draw on excellent local practice and expertise as well as bringing in the skills and knowledge of consultants and practitioners from further afield to enhance our provision.

The Dale Alliance is committed to schools working collaboratively for the improvement of Teaching and Learning. Working with strategic partners, we offer a range of professional development opportunities for teachers and support staff who work in Dale Alliance schools. It is important to us that CPD/Leadership opportunities cater for the needs and priorities of local schools and are of a high quality.
We offer the opportunity for colleagues to share their expertise and experience by running inspiring events and training sessions, and welcome suggestions from those wishing to lead such events.

Our School Direct training programme has been opened up to NQTs and RQTs to develop areas of subject knowledge that they may need support with.
